Can I connect two or more Hi-Fi Chairs to one sound system or source?

Absolutely. Thanks to the wireless technology of the Hi-Fi Transmitter, you can simply place one transmitter near the audio source and set each chair to pick up that signal. Whether it's one chair or twelve chairs, you're covered. Top

How does the wireless transmitter work?

The wireless transmitter is connected to your audio source (Stereo Receiver, Game System, etc.) and sends out a signal to the receiver in the Hi-Fi Chair. This signal is picked up and sent to the speakers on your chair. No wires. No mess. Top

Will my iPod work with this chair?

Yes. All genuine iPods that are dockable can dock on this chair. Whether you're using a 1st Generation iPod or a brand new iPhone, you can dock it here. The exception to this is the iPod shuffle, which is not compatible with iPod docks. While docked, your iPod will be charged and you'll have access to all of the music and video contained on your iPod. Also, because the Hi-Fi Chair is an officially licensed iPod product, future versions of iPods will also be compatible, which may not be the case for non-licensed products. Top

What if I don't have an iPod?

No Problem. You can use any audio source with the Hi-Fi Chair. Whether it's a Microsoft Zune or an LP Player, as long as it can be connected to two RCA jacks, you can use it. The chair is compatible with gaming systems, CD Players, MP3 Players, Televisions, Record Players- you name it. Top

Is there a weight/size limit for the chair?

This is a full sized leather recliner built with a solid wood frame and sturdy plywood walls. This chair is designed to accommodate children and adults of all sizes. The seat cushion is just shy of 2' wide. Top

How does the rumbler/shaker work?

The shaker is activated by bass frequencies from the audio source. Simply put, the more bass you hear, the stronger the shaker will react. With the provided Level and Frequency adjuster knobs, you can fine tune exactly how you want the shaker to act. Top

Is the chair easy to setup?

The Hi-Fi Chair requires very little time and effort to set up. You'll be up and running in no time. Simply slide the back into place (there are snaps to keep it in place), plug in your audio wires and then plug in the power chord. To use the transmitter, just connect it to the audio source, power it up and you're ready to use the Hi-Fi Chair. Full instruction manual is included. Top

Can I hook the chair up to my Gaming System?

Definitely. Because the Hi-Fi Chair can be hooked up to any audio source, it is excellent for gaming as well. Top

How big is the Hi-Fi Chair?

The Hi-Fi Chair is 44" Wide, 43" Tall and 42" Deep. It weighs approximately 200 lbs. Top

How much does the shipping/freight cost?

This depends on where you live. Each chair ships out of Salt Lake City, Utah. You can expect to pay between $250-$500 for shipping within the United States. Shipping outside the 48 states varies greatly. Please contact us for more information. Top

Can I buy your products wholesale?

We offer discounted pricing to those in the home theater and/or furniture business on purchases of 3 or more products. If you are a Home Theater Installer or are a purchase for a Furniture Store or related business, you may qualify for this discount. For more information, please see our Distributor Page. Top

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship anywhere that DHL or UPS will ship to but international shipping tends to be extremely expensive for an item of this size. The shipping weight is 250 lbs (113 kilos) and often costs over $800 to ship outside the United States. Please be aware that there are often fees associated with international shipments such as duties, taxes and customs. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay such fees. Top

Does this chair swivel or recline?

The Hi-Fi Chair reclines electronically using the built-in remote on the inside right of the chair. Simply push button 1 to recline and button 2 to return upright. You can, of course, stop anywhere inbetween. The Hi-Fi Chair does not swivel. Top

What kind of warranty comes with the chair?

Basically this chair is covered by a lifetime warranty on the frame of the chair, a 2 Year warranty on the leather and 90 days on the electronics. For additional information please contact us. Top
